When does my kit expire?

Our At-Home Hormone and Fertility Test kits have a shelf life of between 6 and 1 year. The expiry date (format YYYYMMDD) is printed on the bottom of the box. Please collect and return your sample before the kit expires. If a sample is taken from an expired kit, we're unable to accept the results and you'll need to provide a new sample. 

Please reach out to our Customer Care team with proof of your kit expiration and we can send you a replacement kit. Please note this may be subject to a £25 replacement fee if your kit was purchased over 12 months ago.
