Our At-home Hormone and Fertility Test Kits have a shelf-life of between 6 months and 1 year. The kit expiry date is on the bottom of the box in the format YYYYMMDD.

Please check the expiry date before using your kit, as expired sample tubes will be rejected by our laboratory because they cannot be tested. We will require another sample to proceed with your testing.

Please reach out to our Customer Care team with proof of your kit expiration and we can send you a replacement kit. Please note this may be subject to a £25 replacement fee if your kit was purchased over 12 months ago.
