I have made an error on my Online Health Assessment, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Care team and they will be able to advise further. Some changes to your medication/symptom history on the online health assessment can cause your hormone panel to change.
If this does happen, we will need to send out a replacement kit which will be subject to a £25 fee to cover our shipping and fulfilment costs only.
