I have made an error on my Online Health Assessment, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Care team at info@hertilityhealth.com and they will be able to advise further. Some changes to your medication/symptom history on the Online Health Assessment can alter your recommended hormone panel. If this does happen, we will need to send a replacement kit, which may be subject to a £25 fee to cover shipping and fulfilment costs only.
