How does Hertility Health store my data?

Your personal and clinical data is stored on secure AWS servers located in the UK and Ireland, encrypted both in transit and at rest. No medical data is stored outside the UK/EEA. Some non-medical data may be processed by suppliers outside the UK/EEA, but only under Standard Contractual Clauses + the UK Addendum.

The main systems we use to store data are:

• Production / app databases: AWS-hosted PostgreSQL and MySQL instances in the UK and Ireland.
• Data warehouse (analytics): Snowflake, hosted on AWS in Ireland.
• Laboratory: Inuvi (UK-based), which holds test results and — where consent is given — physical samples.
• Google Workspace (UK/EEA storage) for email and documents; Shopify (Ireland) for payments/orders; HubSpot for B2B/CRM records; Zendesk for customer support interactions.
