I couldn’t fill the collection tube, what should I do?
If you used all lancets but only filled to the first line (0.5ml), return it anyway — the lab may be able to test some hormones (this is not always guaranteed). If you didn't reach 0.5ml, contact our Customer Care Team and we'll be able to support you to move forward with testing.
