Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play an integral role in our growing company. As a Talent Recruiter, you will Lead the full-cycle recruiting processes. You'll focus on sourcing, attracting, and bringing the best talent to our growing team, providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Role Description:

  • You will manage end to end recruiting processes focusing on a range of technical roles.
  • Source and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting face-to-face (and zoom) interviews.
  • Partner and work closely with our hiring managers and act as a consultant on talent issues.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain an excellent candidate experience and help get great results for both sides.
  • Be part of an HR team, raising ideas, improving current processes, and constantly raising our game.
  • Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various sourcing techniques thinking in an out-of-the-box way.
  • Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.

You’ll be a good fit if:

  • You are a recruitment professional with 3+ years of experience in the tech industry (med tech experience is a bonus).
  • You know how to drive in-house recruitment efforts for early stage, hyper growth tech companies.
  • You excel at conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews that identify perfect candidates who fit the hiring managers criteria and expectations.
  • You have a clear, factual, confident voice when it comes to identifying talent - and you love what you do.
  • You are all about relationships; you get that this is where it all happens.
  • You are business-oriented, data-driven, interested in the world of technology, and have a sense of urgency.
  • You are creative, independent, and you own what you do.
  • You are fluent in using different recruiting tools.
  • You have a passion for women’s health.
