Corporate Operations Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Operations Manager who will help develop and scale Hertility Health’s corporate partnerships and employee benefits proposition. You will report directly to our COO - as the operational link between Hertility’s core business and our Corporate Benefits team.

You will lead on the delivery of corporate services and embed key processes and performance metrics to ensure we deliver value to our corporate clients. You will represent Hertility Health in communication with our corporate partners and take ownership of prospective partner accounts from early-stage conversations through to delivery. Role Description

  • Lead on the delivery of Hertility services to corporate clients - working closely with product, comms and operation teams to ensure we have a clear process and deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Define KPIs for different types of commercial partnerships and deliver against pre-set KPIs; Effectively communicate account progress to C-Suite.
  • Manage key account executives who will look after the day-to-day needs of our large clients and contribute to recruitment efforts across team.
  • Engage in planning for geographical expansion through partnerships.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years experience working in operations or key account management.
  • Experience working in HR/benefits consultancy (preference).
  • Experience working in consumer and/or healthcare sectors (preference).
  • You are able to develop KPIs to track performance and customer satisfaction.
  • You have experience working with large corporates and take a consultative approach to understand customers' pain points and offer the best solutions to address them.
  • You enjoy working cross functionally with operations, sales and marketing.
