Community and Partnerships Lead

We are looking for a Community and Partnerships Lead with strong interpersonal skills to create and execute marketing strategies across community, partnerships and influencers. The role will report to the Head of Growth Marketing (Lucy).

This is a unique opportunity for a highly interpersonal, proactive person who loves building relationships, has strong negotiation skills, and has a growth mindset.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Role Description

You will lead the strategy, planning and execution for community, partnerships and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, acquire and retain consumers.

Influencer marketing

Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and liaise with the wider marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

Manage the UK influencer pipeline for all outreach and active conversations, build relationships with individuals at the forefront of our pillars and pitch, plan, and execute micro-campaigns to drive awareness.

Own paid and gifted partnership process from negotiating deliverables and contracts, right through to execution, working closely with client services, finance and legal to ensure we’re compliant.

Track and analyse the performance of influencers across various initiatives.

Be up to date on all legal compliance around gifted and paid influencer campaigns, including being very well versed in CAP code and ASA guidance.

Community management

Define what our ideal community looks like and implement a plan to build a ground-up community around our products and beliefs.

Create multi-channel marketing campaigns and community initiatives, participate in industry forums, facilitate conversation and events among our community.

Manage and be active within Hertility’s digital community groups to ensure engagement is consistent and the groups are growing. Respond to customers in a timely manner, monitor, track and report on feedback.

Partnerships

Create and own the brand partnerships strategy, identifying opportunities for potential partnerships that will raise our brand awareness and support sales growth.

Scope out partnership agreements, marketing activations and campaigns with partners, identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.

Maintaining a proactive relationship with partners, including regular updates and catch-ups.

Put together case studies after key activations analysing the impact on brand awareness, acquisition and retention when relevant.

Support and work with the wider marketing, product and research teams on cross-functional projects such as product launches, campaigns and live events to support brand partnerships.

You’ll be a good fit if:

  • You have previous experience leading communities, partnerships with brands and influencers, ideally working in the technology, health or lifestyle industries.
  • You have a track record of creating new revenue opportunities.
  • You’re creative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and to drive to clarity, with a mindset of building repeatable processes for the future.
  • You have the ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals.
  • Data-driven and results-focused.
  • Relevant experience in partnership development or strategic partnerships role.
